You should be comfortable working with source files and structured data. Local setup requires Node.js 22.12.0 or later and npm 10 or later.
Do I need a CMS?
No.
Property content is managed through structured JSON files, while branding, languages, modules and site settings are controlled through the central product configuration.
Urbia A2 does not include an administration dashboard or CMS.
Is the source code included?
Yes.
The Urbia A2 source-code product is included with your purchase, together with the build scripts, documentation and project configuration.
Can I modify the source code?

The multilingual system is structured so additional languages can be added by supplying the required interface translations, localized metadata and property content.
Does Urbia A2 include property listings?
Six fictional demonstration properties are included. The Licensee may replace or modify demonstration material for the authorised Commercial Project. If fictional demonstration listings are retained on a publicly accessible implementation, they must not knowingly be presented as genuine real-world properties or offers. See Commercial License v2.2, §23.
Does it include Property Scores?
Yes.
Property Scores are included. The configuration can hide the main score section; removing scores from property cards and property-detail modals requires source-code customization.
How are enquiries handled?
Urbia A2 supports Netlify Forms, a custom endpoint, or no enquiry form at all.
If you use an external endpoint or service, its server-side configuration and operation remain your responsibility.
Where can I host it?
Urbia A2 produces a static dist/ build that can be deployed to Netlify, Cloudflare Pages or compatible static hosting.
Some provider-specific features — such as forms or security headers — may require configuration on the hosting platform.
Do I need Node.js on the production server?
No.
Node.js is used to install, validate, test and build the project. The generated website itself is static and does not require a Node.js application server.
Is Urbia A2 GDPR compliant out of the box?
